This position is responsible for the
communication with the refrigerated warehouse, all approved
vendors, and IPAP staff as it relates to IPAP purchase orders.
This position has the primary
responsibility of processing all purchase orders and
confirmations.

This
position is primarily responsible for the coordination of
efforts to drive volume growth by bringing new distributors into
the program, increasing customer penetration, and creating new
initiatives. This position ultimately provides a high degree of
follow-through and accountability with IPAP Venture Partners and
associated distributors. it works to
maximize the benefits of the IPAP system for the distributors
and suppliers by establishing a competitive program that will
ensure acceptable quality products at the lowest cost possible.
In
addition, the position attends all group sales and marketing
conferences.
Marketing Manager - Heather

The position must coordinate clear, concise communication within
IPAP, as well as among its distributors, suppliers and venture
partners. The Marketing Manager works as a gatekeeper for all
communication, public relations work and marketing. The position
is the primary resource for 242all marketing efforts in executing
the IPAP sales and marketing strategy. The position will plan,
develop, and implement all marketing projects and campaigns,
develop marketing material, enhance and maintain the IPAP
website, and develop the sales and marketing plan.

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely
financial reports, enabling management to evaluate critical
information and make decisions for the growth of the company.

This position is responsible for developing feasibility studies
of future distribution centers, maintaining all of IPAP’s
inbound and outbound transportation with accurate, timely and
competitive rates. Project coordination among all partners
related to new distribution centers and freight needs including
Sales, Procurement, IT and each Venture Partner group. In
addition, this position coordinates all primary communications
to its trading partners. It provides support and direction for
Human Resources, Marketing, other operational related areas.
IT Support Services - Ryan Boelter

systems environments based on the Microsoft Windows 2003
platform. It works
with all IPAP internal and external customers to define
requirements to improve business processes through the
implementation of technical applications.

between the Vendor and IPAP as it relates to the items IPAP
purchases on behalf of its distributor members.
This position has the primary responsibility of
maintaining accurate and timely data in the IPAP-Pro system.

position must maintain accurate and timely accounting records
relating to the supplier related accounts payables and Venture
Partner invoicing. It has the primary responsibility of
processing the receiving files into corresponding vendor
payables and Venture Partner receivables.

entering
and maintaining supplier accounts payable and Venture Partner
accounts receivable into the IPAP system.
